Following the exceptional warranty coverage for the first year of operation, continuation of this basic Quintron support can be purchased under very cost-effective annual maintenance contract arrangements. This will extend the major coverages from the warranty period: 7x24 telephone tech support, software updates and repair of equipment items that fail in normal use. Various advantageous payment options can be arranged, as well as menu-based selection of just the on-going support each customer desires.
