The earliest history for Quintron Systems, starting in 1970, was founded on providing the highest quality in site support, for installation and operation of the many communications subsystems found in modern mission and command center environments. This continues today with a full range of site support options. From assistance in start-up and site testing of the DICES voice switch products, through complete integration support of auxiliary systems, such as telephone and radio links, Quintron has the experience and expertise to ensure complete success for the final site system requirements.

Due to the inherent simplicity of the DICES product and operations, virtually all customers operate and maintain their systems with minimal technical support from Quintron. However, when the need arises, Quintron provides rapid response support, from immediate telephone and e-mail advice and counsel to deployment of technical experts directly to the customer site. With almost 100% customer follow-on system sales, Quintron is justifiably proud that its excellent customer support represents the best possible sales tool.
