Training

The simple, transparent and intuitive operating controls provided by DICES products have been developed to minimize extensive training requirements and support personnel turnover re-training with minimal extra cost and time. Typical operating technician training can be provided at Quintron facilities, using dedicated lab equipment, or using the actual customer equipment prior to shipment. Optional training can be done at the customer facility as part of the site system start-up.

In either case, a complete introduction to the system architecture, full description of the many equipment health and alarm indicators, along with hands-on troubleshooting of typical system faults are incorporated into the training sessions. Also, a complete orientation to the full DICES system management client software suite is included, with customer technician configuration of the actual site switch as a final step to ensure understanding and technical comprehension for reliable start-up and on-going operation.

In addition to system operational training, Quintron provides User Guides for all user keyset styles to assist this aspect of site training. Quintron will establish "train-the-trainer" classes where appropriate for large user groups, or simply train a group of key users at system start-up to ensure the success from the user perspective as well.
