However, no system is perfect. To provide the customer the best possible coverage for those eventual early life faults, Quintron provides an exceptional warranty package to cover the first year of system operation.

Quintron System warrants the performance of all DICES equipment to full specifications and requirements and will provide corrective action at no additional cost for the first year of operation. This will include 7x24 telephone technical support, distribution of all general release updates for system software, and repair or replacement of any equipment item that fails under normal usage conditions.
