James McGlothlin: Chairman of the Board
The career of James McGlothlin spans a period of 50+ years providing telecommunications and security systems products and services to the government and industry. Mr. McGlothlin is a founding stockholder of Quintron Systems, Inc. and was elected President and Chief Executive Office in 1992.
David Wilhite: Chief Executive Officer
Upon joining Quintron in 1996, David Wilhite was responsible for the integration of new technology and the organizational development for large-scale manufacturing of the DICES product line for what is now the Telecom Systems Division. Elected to the Board of Directors in 2005 and then as President in 2009, Mr. Wilhite also provides leadership to the current two division corporate structure. Prior to his tenure with Quintron, Mr. Wilhite served in numerous management and executive positions in large and small communications technology companies with the main focus on electronics manufacturing operations both in the U.S. and overseas.
Dominick Barry: President
Dominick Barry brings over 35 years of diverse industry experience focused on Department of Defense (DoD) and NASA Range and Space Launch Operations. Prior to joining Quintron, Mr. Barry was the principal partner for Pro-Merit, Inc., providing executive level support to presidents, CEOs, and senior executives in the defense, transportation, information technologies, and space industries. Prior to joining Pro-Merit in January 2014, Mr. Barry was Vice President of Strategic Programs for the Global Security Group within URS Federal Services. In this position, Mr. Barry managed the development, planning, and implementation of a strategic initiative focused on the operations, maintenance, and sustainment of Department of Defense Major Range Test Facility Bases (MRTFB). Dominick holds a Master’s of Science in Organizational Management and Behavior from Chapman University and Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University in Business and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, Mr. Barry holds multiple certifications in project management, technical problem solving, decision making, team development, and organizational change, as well as holding a lifetime teaching credential in Business and Industrial Management from the state of California.
Sharon Lewis: Chief Financial Officer
Sharon Lewis joined Quintron in 1994 as Accountant with primary responsibilities for all General Accounting. Promoted to Accounting Supervisor in 1998, followed by further promotions to Accounting Manager in 2005 and Chief Financial Officer and Secretary in 2009, Ms. Lewis has provided financial guidance for Quintron for twenty years. Prior to Quintron, Ms. Lewis held similar accounting duties in several manufacturing companies in the Southern California region.
Peter Hunt: Materials Manager
Peter Hunt has supported Materials operations for Quintron since joining the company as Buyer in 1984. He was promoted to Purchasing Supervisor in 1989 and to Materials Manager in 1997. His responsibilities include all planning and execution for material procurement and inventory control to support all three Quintron divisions along with technical guidance for outsourced electronic and mechanical parts. With his company sponsored CPIM certification by APICS in 1987 he was instrumental in identifying and specifying Quintron’s initial MRP system and subsequent transition to their current ERP system. Because of Quintron’s extensive inventory and record systems Quintron is an industry leader in product life with their ability to repair and maintain both current and legacy products to support their customers.
