AccessNsite Version 7—Quintron’s Cross-Platform/

Database Independent Security System

Santa Maria, CA (July 5, 2006) – Quintron, the recognized leader in advanced interoperable voice systems and physical access control/intrusion detection systems, has just announced its new cross-platform (Windows, Unix, Linux, and Mac) and database independent modular access control solution – AccessNsite^® Version 7.  This system supports the most commonly installed control panels in the industry manufactured by Mercury Security, which are supported by other Mercury OEMs such as Lenel, Honeywell, RS2, Arinc, Identicard, and several others.

The software supports the full hardware feature set including NIST certified AES 128 bit encryption between the distributed intelligent controller and the system server.

Available software modules include:

• Access control
• Alarm control including scalable vector graphic based alarm maps
• Scalable vector graphic based ID badging module supporting multiple credentials per user
• Seamlessly integrated 3D facial recognition from A4 vision
• Seamlessly integrated fingerprint readers
• Smart card support for readers from multiple manufacturers including military CAC cards that require contact readers for physical access control
• Seamlessly integrated support for multiple software and hardware based DVRs including those from Dedicated Micros and others
• Video verification of access events by displaying access event video compared to a stored cardholder image from within the access control software (no DVR required)
• Support for raw data formats from virtually any card type to enable multiple card support for applications such as HSPD12 compliant installations in local, state, and Federal Government sites including critical infrastructure providers
• Automated card data sharing, using peer-to-peer server architecture between multiple sites running Quintron or non-Quintron access control systems to allow one card access across an enterprise (operational in a government community installation since 1995 sharing data on hundreds of thousands of cards in real time across the network around the world)
• Unique VoIP voice communications capability for security responders that enables security staff to instantly create network based voice conferences in response to security incidents that is expandable to allow other voice systems to interoperate including responders on two way radios, cell phones, PBX or land lines, wireless PDAs, ground to air, satellite links and other communication paths

AccessNsite is available in Arabic, English, German, Spanish, French, Chinese, Hebrew, and other languages, while allowing single or dual language on-screen display of English and an alternate language to facilitate technical support for multi-national multi-lingual organizations.
